Between every tough decision made in my 20’s, I wonder if I would have remembered to just breathe and relax, if not for these solitude moments among nature. Waking up early to go to San Francisco’s Land’s End was a good call. The entire zone was nearly void of tourists. So Mike and I could hike for 2 hours, and take these photos along the way in pure joy.
The landscape was filled with so many colors that I was tempted to take some home with me, maybe to fashion a flower crown or a bracelet…but just looking at that pink camellia sitting oh so prettily… and I could not bear to tear it away from its bed. Best to leave it so you can come appreciate its beauty next time….
